Introduction

As the most northernly point in Western Europe, the North Cape has for centuries attracted travellers from all over the world. This exotic region north of the Arctic Circle is still an unspoiled wilderness, but now with all the benefits of modern civilisation.

In May 1992 100 Jaguars from 17 different countries all over the world took on the route from Oslo to the North Cape in the first ever North Cape Rally. An overwhelming success, the event was repeated in 1994, but still run as an event open exclusively to Jaguars.
