The start of the descent to Geiranger, the first of many very real
challenges of the day. The slope of the road was 9-10%, hard work
for both car and driver!

Although the descent to Geiranger was an ardous task it was only
practice for the major descent of the day...

Trollstigen! The Troll ladder, only open for traffic during the
summer season. One lane wide with infrequent places to pass.

A huge waterfall half way down made sure everyone got a shower.
Unfortunately the spray was so strong we had to take a photo from
the distance.

The day included to stretches by ferry, here we have the intrepid
luggage crew and 'net-reporters driving on to terra firma.
